MINUTES
The Annual General Body meeting of the Delhi Sepak Takraw Association (Regd.) was held on 5th October 2008 at 12.00 Noon at the Mount Abu Public School, Rohini Sector-18, Delhi.

Minutes of the AGM are Followings

1. The minutes of last AGM was read and confirmed.
2. Minutes of last executive committee meeting held on 27/7/08 at Rohini Sports Complex were read and confirmed.
3. Audit report for the year 2007-2008 was read by the Treasurer and confirmed by the House.]
4. Disciplinary action committee Present its report and recommendation the removal of S.K.Verma from the post of gen. Secretary on the floor of the house. In one voice all members present in the house accept the report and agreed to remove Sh. S.K.Verma from the post of gen. Secretary D.S.T.A. (regd.) unanimously.
5.  House confirmed the appointment of new gen. Secretary.
6. After discussion in the house for appointment of gen. Secretary D.S.T.A.(regd.)were held Sh. Naresh Kumar(treasurer) Purpose the name of Sh. S.S.Malik as a Gen. Secretary of D.S.T.A.(regd) supported by Sh. Avdesh Yadav,Sh. S.K.Saini,Sh. Kartar Singh, Mahender Kaushik,in the front of house. On this Proposal All member present in the house are agreed unanimously and confirmed the appointment of Sh. S. S. Malik as Gen. Secretary, Delhi Sepak Takraw Association (regd.).
7. House agreed to authorise Treasurer for Rs.15000-for cash in hand for day to day expenses.
8. House confirmed and recommended the new membership open for making new life members at present 42 to limits increase up to 100 members.
9. Regarding Federation Cup all right givens to the President.
10. Discussions were held for Delhi State Sepak Takraw Championship 2008-2009 and next senior national in Imphal (Manipur) held from 5th to 9th November.                              

The meeting ended with vote of thanks to the chair.
